Had couple of interviews but not a good result the HR team is not getting back they are not providing feedback and very lame policies that is been followed up.
These people don't have a permanent positions they I have a contract base so be away on that as well.

Entretien
I applied via their website for Software Engineer -React Native position. After an initial call with one of their HR representatives, I got invited for a teams call where they asked about my experiences and general technical questions related to the position i'm applying for. After getting shortlisted, I got a take home assignment which was to be completed within 3 days.
