The manager of the Oregon Zoo Store emailed me saying that it is going to be a group interview at a 2 pm on a Sunday. I showed up at 1:54 and was told to wait at 2:00 pm. So I hung out in the store for awhile. I was nervous that she told me it was a group interview, because I'm a pretty shy person. But since no one else showed up, it was just me, so she brought me in to the office instead. She asked what I applied on, and I told her I applied through this site called Indeed. Then asked about my availability. Also asked if I could work alone, such as taking care of the smaller stores in the zoo on my own. And I said yes. And that's what sealed the deal. Since I've had past experience with money and cashier. She gave me the job and told me to fill out some more paper work and told me to apply online again on their actual website. Such as background check and she also told me to do a drug test. Which I clearly passed. The HR takes 3-4 business days for the background check to come through. And she says that she is wanting to hire 25 other people when I got interviewed. & she likes hiring college and high school students since most of them are students. Yes, it's a mission to get there, but it'll be a fun experience in the summer.
