I was contacted about two weeks after my application. The interview was online and questions were sent 15 minutes before the interview. The staff awkwardly recited the questions with jumbled introductions. The team was pretty disengaged the whole time and later couldn't answer any of my questions. I asked what work products they delivered and some examples and they said it was a new office and sidestepped the whole question. Strangely, the office is about 5 years old...
