Entretien
My first interview was with a Leadership panel, followed by a second interview with panel of direct reports from the department. Skills test was administered to verify professional writing capabilities.

Most of the questions were standard for a leadership position. There were many questions related to motivational fit and experience with personnel management.

Initial interview is via phone. Next step is an in-person panel interview. If they are interested past the interview moving forward with references and the hiring process. Part of the hiring process includes a full background check and credit check due to the fiscal responsibility of the position.
