In person, good communication leading up. With both the assistant manager and manager. Afterwards a unit tour with option to shadow a current nurse. Chose to do the shadow and had an opportunity to participate in a mock code.

Received a call from the nurse manager to discuss some basic details of the role and to schedule an in-person interview. After the initial interview, was asked to come in for a second interview with other members of the team. After the second interview, received an offer from HR.

Entretien
Relatively straightforward interview. They have a set of questions on a list they're allowed to ask. I was more uncomfortable with the panel style interview and some of the personal questions about my life outside of work.

Consists of few significant team member from unit lasting around 30 minutes virtually with general behavioral interview questions and your experiences as a particular specialty you are applying for .
