After 2 interviews followed by 8 weeks of silence, I discovered that the position had been filled by doing some sleuthing work on their website. Two follow-up emails after the second interview were ignored, and nobody at OBT ever bothered to let the other finalists know that they had decided to hire another candidate. Which, obviously, is not only rude but unprofessional. Fortunately I had already accepted another offer, after several friends told me that the company is on the brink of bankruptcy.
