I was invited back for a 2nd interview after the initial one. The 2nd one was a bit lengthy. I appreciated that they had a resident also present during that interview. The only negative I would say is that the process took about a month of my time, and I didn’t end up receiving the offer. It would be cool if employers could possibly somehow change their system & let potential employees know after the first initial interview.
