Le processus de recrutement est fluide et structuré : il démarre très rapidement lorsqu’ils manifestent un intérêt pour votre profil. En dehors de cela, il suit un schéma classique avec des échanges successifs avec les RH, le manager opérationnel et parfois le RRH. Cela reste donc un parcours simple, cohérent et sans complexité particulière.
