      The overall recruitment process at OT Group was structured, organized, and quite informative, which initially met my expectations, particularly given the well-known reputation of the company based on reviews from current and former employees on platforms like Glassdoor and JobStreet. From the time of my application up to the user interview stage, the process was highly systematic. The HR team was notably friendly and helpful, providing support for technical issues such as problems with the psychotest website and retrieving some missing application data. However, the main area of dissatisfaction was simple: the company's failure to adhere to the promised deadline for a final decision. Both the HR representative and the User Interviewer verbally promised a specific timeframe by which the decision would be communicated. Such assurances naturally build confidence and hope in candidates, especially when the interview feedback itself seems positive. As a result of this confirmed deadline, I, like many candidates, prioritized this opportunity, even going so far as to cancel or postpone commitments with other companies while waiting for the promised feedback. Unfortunately, the final notification of rejection arrived significantly later than the maximum timeframe that was clearly promised. I would strongly advise against providing candidates with a specific decision deadline—either in writing or verbally—if the company cannot realistically commit to it. Such promises create undue hope and impact candidates' professional decisions. On a positive note, I do appreciate that the company eventually respected the candidates enough to provide a formal rejection notice, which is often rare in other organizations.

      Question 1

      Regarding the specific questions asked during the interviews, they were generally quite basic and focused on getting to know the candidate. The HR Interview focused on foundational information, primarily asking me to introduce myself, state the reason for applying, and discuss my previous work experience. The User Interview was less technical than expected. Instead of delving deep into technical knowledge, the conversation centered more on my prior professional history and experiences. The interviewer was quite friendly and went a step further, making the atmosphere more relaxed by discussing my family background and other personal matters.
