After speaking with Amanda, I was invited to complete a video interview on DigitalHire. Within the week, I was invited to a second round interview where I met with their CEO, Brad. Over the course of about an hour and a half he described not only the entry level position, but the pay scale, hours, how to get promoted within the company, and the values they have as well.
