I contacted them through Linkedin. Even I did not get any immediate response, I was contacted by the manager couple of weeks later. The phone interview was scheduled rather abruptly(in 3 hrs notice). The on-site interview was rather gruelling - from 9.30AM- 5.30 PM with 8 people interviewing me. The interviewers were very nice and mostly concentrated on VLSI basics.
