The interview process started with 30 people from what I was told and was worked down to 10. Second interview went well and all my questions were answered...but then it went weird. Within an hour after my interview before I could fill out their last questionnaire I got a call and was offered the job. Went a little too fast and straight-line for comfort. To find out the job posting was misleading. It never showed/shared the job was in-retail sales (Costco). All it asked for was experience in retail sales. Never stated it was retail sales...sounded more like inside/office sales. Asked about PTO and was told they really have no PTO policy, but they would work on a game plan to make sure I wouldn't go without pay. Again that doesn't seem right when the main compensation is commission and if you are out on PTO, earning commission might be a little hard. Other reviews also share mileage reimbursement isn't included...again doesn't sound right. They sure do make the job sound good until they actually start talking about it. I probably won't accept the offer given.

The interview process went okay.. the person who did the initial interview talked so fast and mumbled a lot, it was very hard to understand him. He was very nice and energetic though! The 2nd interview was a bit strange. I was invited into the office and Surprise!! It was a group interview but neither of us knew.
My biggest issue with this company is they were very deceitful. Things that were in the job description were different than what was talked about in the interview, and ENTIRELY different than what was in the actual job offer. If you get a job offer, read the letter thoroughly. The OTE is way higher than what people are actually making and the job responsibilities differ quite a bit from what they say.
