Unprofessional recruitment process by external agency based in UK working for optum. No response to emails. Rescheduling interviews multiple times. No acceptance/rejection mail sent after final round let alone the feedback. Very unprofessional and would recommend optum to have their in-house recruitment team rather than depending upon these folks. The actual interviewers are really friendly, knowledgeable and no issues with respect to the conduct of the interview. After 2 remote rounds, one take home assignment, one on-site final round the least you could expect is to know what the outcome was rather than occupying themselves with anxiety until there was a change in my application status on portal.
