It was almost two hours long the interview but I got the offer same day later in the afternoon , I had to leave for medical reasons otherwise not a bad job

The interviewing process begins with a phone screening to discuss the role responsibilities and role schedule. Then the recruiter will setup a face to face interview with the manager and supervisor, pretty straightforward process.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an upset patient, why were they upset and what did you do to advocate for them.
Straight forward , asked about experience and expectations for the job also talked about pay, easy process just take like two months to actually start the job . introduce you to the office staff and doctors.

Easy interview general hiring questions and sanerios was asked. Gave STARs answers, Manager was super sweet. It was a straight forward interview and for outbound calls only. Overall easy and good
