This was for a remote position. The individual hosting the interview was extremely unprofessional. They opened the phone interview with coughing. Throughout the questioning, they would stop to cough more. When I asked them to repeat something because I couldn’t understand through the coughing, they were clearly irritated. I was a bit thankful to not have to continue the process.
