Post shortlisting of resume, there are three stages of interview which candidate usually goes through
Domain/ Technical round : Technology focussed questions
Managerial round: Project management based questions
HR round: Compensation and benefits of package discussion

Had just one round of interviews with questions about work experience and behavioral questions, such as 'Tell me a situation when you faced a challenge or argument with a client and how you solved it.'

Questions on situational-based like what would you do in such an such scenario etc.
Optum has a 3 round interview, the first 2 with hiring manager and last HR round. Since this company is subsidiary of UHG, knowledge in US healthcare is added Advantage.

Phone call interview and 6 weeks of different rounds with clients and managers. No direct reports. Still going through the process to see how the company is. All scheduled over zoom but hybrid work schedule
