      The interviewers were friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the process. My main concern was the interview structure. I did not meet the hiring manager until the final round, after completing several interviews and performing well in them. During the final conversation, it became clear that the hiring manager had concerns about my lack of recent backend experience. While I understand that specific experience requirements are important, it would have been more efficient to have the hiring manager interview earlier in the process. This could have helped determine fit sooner and saved time for both the candidate and the company. Overall, the interviewers were great, but the sequencing of the interview process could be improved.

      Recruiter was very pleasant and responsive. Technical interviewer was also very nice and personable. The first technical round was a fairly simple data filtering question. I didn't pass to the next rounds but there would be 3-4 more additional interviews.

      One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn. The interview process involved a call with the recruiter, 2 technical live coding interviews, a systems design interview, and then an interview with a manager. Note that the interview with the manager was not necessarily with the same manager you'd work with - I believe they interview by committee. The interviewers themselves were very polite and professional, and I genuinely enjoyed my conversations with them, but the company/recruiter I got to work with was extremely unprofessional and kept ghosting me, leaving me in the dark. To this day (2 months later as I'm writing this), I still don't know whether I got the job or not, because the last I heard was that I got VERY strong and positive feedback from every round of the interview process. I had to keep emailing my recruiter just to get a drop of information about my candidacy (which always resulted in a cryptic and unsure answer), and some emails were never responded to. This is an extremely unprofessional way of treating your candidates, especially ones that had very strong and positive feedback from every round. Sure, you don't get every job you apply for, but at least treat me with some decency and respect and give me updates or at least do me the common courtesy of sending me a rejection letter. Either of these would be preferable to a 2 month+ treatment of silence and unprofessionalism. What makes it worse is I see these guys posting open positions on job boards, when they can't even figure out how to treat their candidates respectfully. I would stay away.
