The onsite interview includes a competency interview and a technical test. Interviewers were very nice and kind to show m around. The working environment is also very cool. I see lots of smart people working them. However, I didn´t perform well in the technical test.

Technical tests via codility which were interesting and indeed fun. After this there was a face to face interview with HR and engineers that I would potentially be working with. However it became clear through out the interview that they had advertised for one thing but actually wanted something else and that a lot of time was being wasted by all simply due to the advertised spec for the job not being what was actually wanted.
