The first step of the process involved a phone interview. This was pretty basic. I just detailed my project and work experience, skills, etc. It was scheduled to be around 1 hour but after 30 minutes the interviewer said I would move on for an on site interview.
The on site interview was from 11-4 pm. It consists of two interviews, a tour of the facility, lunch, and an exam. The two interviews vary widely depending on who is leading them. For one of them, I just reiterated my resume and answered a few basic coding questions. Another, was much more technical.
At the end, you are given a 26 page exam to do in an hour that covers everything from programming to hardware (resistors, capacitors, etc.). It was pretty grueling.
