The first round consisted of an online assessment focusing primarily on mental math and logical reasoning under strict time constraints. While the format was intense—as expected from a trading firm—the questions were fair and well-aligned with the role.
Unfortunately, I did not make it past the first round, but I appreciated the clear feedback and efficient process. The whole experience reflected the company’s high standards and transparency. I'd recommend practicing with mental arithmetic tools like "Mental Math Trainer" and reviewing probability puzzles before attempting the test.

Question 1
The most important question was a mental math problem under strict time pressure, such as: “What is 73 × 87?” — without using a calculator. They really wanted to see how quickly and accurately you could think under pressure, which makes sense given the nature of the role. In addition to that, there were logic puzzles and probability questions, like: “What is the probability of drawing exactly two aces from a shuffled deck of cards?”
Ask questions not so hard but unprepared. The interview is not so hard but need to prepare very well for leet code data structure questions. I think the experience is below average compared to other companies.

OA with quick probability questions requiring estimation and cognitive ability games that test memory and reaction speed. First round was betting game with dice and cards. Be ready to build a confidence interval anytime you answer a question.
