There were three stages in the whole process 1. Online assessment 2. Behavioural interview 3. Final stage interview I was eliminated after the second stage. Overall the interview process was difficult but was a great experience.

Question 1
Online assessment: including some games that examine your math instinct and strategies to deal with risk. Behavioural Interview: how you describe yourself and why you think you're qualified for the position.
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment
