I failed in the third round. Because my interviewer asked me very tough questions like Machine Learning models, which are quite unrelated to quantitative trading. And I did not think the interviewer is quite professional.

Entretien
Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Entretien
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
