First round was like reading data from graphs and tables and then having to do some quick calculations with that.
Second round was puzzles as well as probability/expected values questions in regards to betting.

Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Entretien
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.

Online assessments (mental maths, reaction times, pattern recognition). Behavioural interview with HR - how you came about the advertisement, think of a time you went through something challenging and how did you overcome it.
