Had a phone interview, was called back for an in person interview and then went to a final technical assessment. Phone interview : - This is a bit of culture fit and a bit of technical assessment, make sure you have researched the company and that you have a CALM and FRIENDLY demeanour. Interview Behavioural : - Be yourself, this is where they decide if you are right for the company, and if they want to proceed with you :) It isn't worth it to lie, it'll only be bad in the long run. Interview Technical : - Again be yourself this is where the hiring manager decide if he wants you on his team and if he thinks you'll fit well, if your nervous it'll show and chances are you wont get an offer.
