The interview Process was fairly straightforward, A 1 hour HR call followed by a code questionnaire and an aptitude test. The aptitude test was RIDICULOUS in that that questions around measurement and volume were in Imperial units and I was interviewing in a country that uses the metric system, I was then rejected for the job due to the score on the aptitude test.
