I got called by a recruiter for this interview. After telling him I was interested, I initially had a phone interview for ~40 minutes. Basic questions about market risk, options, and programming languages. Got flown out to Chicago following week. 3 tests onsite: mental math, pattern recognition, basic programming. Felt like I crushed all 3 tests. Then 3 interviews with people from market risk department followed by interview with CEO. Thought I was definitely going to get the job but the recruiter told me the company's CEO thought I wasn't really interested in the position, when in reality I was. I think the CEO should reconsider his decision making to be honest. I felt the market risk team and everyone else found me to be a great candidate but one person had more say than everyone else. This kind of makes me not want to work for such a firm anyway.
The one very unprofessional part of the process by the company was to blatantly lie that they will get back to be and let me know "for sure" within a few days no matter what the decision is. After over a week and a half had passed by, I finally contacted the recruiter and he was the one to inform me of their decision and that they passed on me due to one person's thoughts. It is an extremely unprofessional thing to do to just leave a candidate hanging after telling them you'll get back to them for sure, and then not even having the decency to ever contact them and just tell the recruiter of the decision after the candidate presses the issue.

2-3 hrs OA test, extremely fast-paced, with hard probabilities problems, need to think on the feet. Advised to take some break between the tests, even though it was not listed out.

Entretien
The first round is an online assessment, which contains logical and numeric reasoning problems. The second round is to talk with HR about your personal background and why you meant to apply for this company and role.
I applied in March 2023. There are 5 rounds in total and I got to the last round. The entire process took more than a month. First round is an online assessment where they test numerical, deductive, and inductive reasoning. I had to pass a 90% threshold in the online assessment before getting an introductory call with the recruiter. Then I had a technical interview with the team lead. Passed it too and got a take-home case study and a Python test. Final round consists of 4 interviews (2 technical + 2 behavioral) in total which last for 5 hours.
