Optiv recruiter reached out with interest in my background for a sales leader role so we scheduled an intro call. 10min before the scheduled call I received an email from the recruiter that they’ve taken the rest of the day and would reschedule first thing. After that they went completely silent and ghosted… very weird way of attracting talent.
