Not at all the usual/boring/traditional interview process. First I had a digital interview, that took me about 40 minutes, but it was fun, relevant and gave me opportunity to explore my professional experience. After that I had an interview (over the phone) with the hiring manager that took me another 40 minutes. Last but not least I had an interview with 2 peers of the hiring manager.

I had a screening call that resulted on being emailed 2 days later to have a zoom interview with two managers. They were extremely rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional! Hopefully it was just me who has had this experience because it was humiliating.
I applied online for a role and was contacted by a recruiter for one of the better phone interviews I've had. He was knowledgeable about the organization and the role, and was upfront about what to expect. He communicated with me throughout the process, and it was very smooth. I interviewed each week with a different person and received an offer 4 weeks or so after I applied.

Was contacted for initial screen, had a great discussion with the recruiter. Scheduled a next step call. Totally ghosted by Optiv recruiting after that that call. It's fine if it's not a good fit but don't waste candidate's time by ghosting them.
