For me, it was phone calls and Skype calls over a two week period, followed by a day of in-person interviewing in Kansas City. Offer letter arrived one day after my interview trip. I understand that now Optiv uses HireVue for video interviews. I suggest that job candidates practice recording themselves first before recording the HireVue session.
