There are 3 rounds of interviews and I made it to the second. I was already disinterested when told the base salary was 40k..there is no reason to have 3 rounds on interviews for a 40k base. I let the interviewer know I was not happy with that so I guess it helped them narrow it down. They also stated it would take awhile to build up from upselling and moving up in your position etc. My goal was to decline the 3rd interview so they made it easier for me as I refuse to go backwards in salary at this time in my life and in this economy.
