Had 3 interviews, 2 online and 1 final one in person. The first 2 interviews had the exact same questions, but with different interviewers. I was told after the 2nd online interview (which I had to sit waiting for 30 minutes) that it was the final stage and I would hear a final decision in the 2 following weeks. Instead, I was invited to a 3rd interview (in person). The interviewers were good and it was a very comfortable interview (mainly a dissection of my CV), with a few curveball questions thrown in. Ultimately I was not successful. What I found shocking was that despite doing 3 interviews, I was told that no individualised feedback could be offered- despite the fact that I had spent nearly 3 hours in total being interviewed across 2 months. Do not expect to gain much from these interviews if you are not successful, as you will be left in the dark as to what you could have done better.
