Interview could sometimes be in two or three phases. Mine was in two phases. A computer based interview and then followed by an oral interview. The oral interview as done with 3 persons. They were quite friendly and I was at ease to answer the questions.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process, test first then 2 interviews with a panel. The test had a written and a written part, they tested language skills and and also general budget management knowledge. Questions in the interviews were also very typical.
