There is a classic phone HR screening after selection from pool of candidates and then there is an interview with hiring manager. I think it goes in pretty standart way.

Interview with HR based in Zagrem ,Crotia And Line Manager i Prague. Zoom interview Took 30min. We discussed our Carrier goals, previous job related to cra exeprience. There was ONLY one round od interview followed by email communication. HR let me know thé hiringe results in two weeks.
