I was asked to come in and interview with the Director and asked a series of questions I was not completely prepared for. It seemed as if I was being tested to see how I react under pressure. Once the interview was over with the director I had to meet with the trainer. Once done meeting with both of them, I was asked to follow up via email. This part was crucial to the success of my employment.
