An initial video interview, followed by a second stage presentation and discussion. The interview was a very open and informal discussion led by the CEO. The CEO was clear about the plans for the business, and interested to see how my experience could support that. The overall discussion naturally flowed to my experience and and an honest discussion to see if there would be a good fit both for myself professionally and the business.
