Completed an assessment and the company canceled the phone screen. Didn't bother to talk to me. If someone fills out an assessment at least talk to them. Don't waste their time.

One of the most positive interview processes I've been through. I applied online with a referral and got a preliminary take-home Excel assessment. Once I cleared that, I had three rounds - one live SQL coding, one with two hiring managers and a final conversation with the VP. Everyone was so great to talk to and interviews were more conversational rather than grilling and intimidating. Very smooth coordination and encouraging feedback from recruiter - the whole process took about about a month from first round to offer.
