Met with many different managers and executives and Human Resources personnel. Long process. Recruiter was very involved. Many meetings were held virtually. Overview of the specific weekly expectations could have been more thoroughly reviewed.

I had a video conference call with the hiring manager, and then a second round of video conference calls with a couple of potential team members the following week. This occurred during the pandemic. It was a positive experience during the interviews because everyone seemed nice and genuine. What made this a poor candidate experience is that after 3 Zoom interviews, they told me they would make a decision by end of the week. I never heard back either way after 3 conference calls, which I think is so inconsiderate.
