J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez OpenVPN Technologies (Pleasanton, CA)
Entretien
After talking on the phone and gauging my interests, the interview process basically consisted of completing a programming task, given 2 week's time. The programming task was based on open source code and consisted of solving a real-world problem. The outcome was determined on whether my task was 100% (no less!) after being integrated into the code base and tested.

Question 1
Q: Given a large code base with little documentation, would you be able to document, debug, improve, implement new features?
Was contacted by a recruiter then was interviewed for one hour and a half by a team of three developers with average knowledge with cherry picking questions about frameworks and libraries. One of them chuckled when I asked why he believes a certain way of doing things were better than what I proposed (a standard recommended by many respected authors) and other one cringed when I explained to him the limitations of what he was proposing.
It seemed that they are mostly average developers with very strong opinions regarding the frameworks they use and ways o working, not so much about actual facts.
They asked me if there was anything I would like to ask after his questions, but we were at the end of our time.
