Horrible experience. Applied online and got email from recruiter to set up interview within the week. Recruiter scheduled a time and date and never called. Followed up to see what the issue was and never heard back. Then almost 2 weeks later I get contacted by someone finally. Went through two rounds of interviews and have tried to follow up with recruiter to know next step and haven't received a single reply back to either email or voicemail. I guess this speaks volumes about the company. Even if offered a position at the company, their shady hiring practices would have me reconsider working there.
