They asked if I was willing to relocate to San Francisco, and I confirmed my interest a few days later via email. The second stage was a call with the hiring manager, which lasted no more than 20 minutes. The interviewer conducted the call from a phone booth, resulting in constant interference. The questions were very basic - mostly about my work history and challenges I had faced. Two days later, I received a rejection email. Overall, the interview felt very superficial, with no real opportunity to demonstrate my actual skills for the job.
