I was invited to a screening call with the hiring manager. The recruitment team was very attentive to scheduling issues. However, the interview in itself felt very low energy and slightly disorganized, as if the skills necessary for the position were not consolidated yet. From what little I gathered about the position's responsibilities, I realized half-way through the interview that it was not good fit for me - being more of a public/government relations job than an actual AI policy job.
