The hiring team made me feel like a valued prospect throughout the process. It was made clear from the beginning that the hiring process that OUR values finding the right match for its open roles and that is as much about the applicant interviewing the hiring team, as it is about the hiring team interviewing the applicant. Each interview was more of a conversation among peers than it was a stuffy series of boilerplate questions. I could tell that each interviewer took the time to study my resume beforehand as each conversation kicked off with genuine inquiries and not the daunting prompt, “Tell me about yourself.” I was overjoyed to receive an offer and accepted almost immediately.
