It took a couple of months before they contacted for an interview. Process is preliminary interview by the HR, followed by an in depth panel interview, and a written assessment.

What was an example or instance of you working with a difficult team member and how did you resolve it
It was just one interview. the process was clear. I got a rejection, but I appreciated the respect and support. The questions were clear however, I did not feel that they respond to my questions or provided me with a sense of what they are looking for.

Entretien
I had a first contact by the HR, with a written test. Then I had an interview which was half in English and half in Spanish. And I did not get an offer after, but they were kind enough to provide me with constructive feedback.
