My point of contact (recruiter) was pretty slow with the emails and follow-up. I did not appreciate the sluggish communication. Besides that, the technical assessment was pretty fair, and the behavioural interview was okay. My initial impression of the company is that Opal possesses good culture, but is probably internally chaotic.
