It was a 2-step interview. The first one is with the Senior Manager and the second one is a panel interview involving 2 senior managers and the company VP. It was easy merely discussing your previous roles and how it aligns with the functions of the position you are applying

Entretien
Phone interview with HR/recruiter. The first step in an interview process is quick. Less than 10 mins. The person that called made it really fast. She knew that I was currently working so she asking me the questions and scheduled me in for an appt. I applied on the 13th and got a call on the 14th.
