The interview process for the student caller position was straightforward and welcoming. I submitted my application online, then was contacted for a brief phone screening. During the in-person interview, I met with the calling center supervisor who asked about my availability, communication skills, and comfort level with making phone calls. They had me do a practice call scenario to demonstrate how I'd interact with alumni. The atmosphere was friendly and they clearly explained the job expectations, training process, and schedule flexibility for students.
