Nothing was difficult, they just wanted someone who would step up, at least that was the initial impression. Once hired, they really don't what that type of person, they just want someone who would be everyone's friend whether they can work or not. Actually stressed that it is not how good you are at your job, but how you fit in.....to much High School clique
