The interview process wasn't the easiest. They are looking for specific individuals that would be a great fit for the job but also the cultures. It began with a phone interview, then personality test, IQ, Sales test, other phone interview, then face to face interview, then more phone interviews, then I met the entire teams and sat down with every single one of them....

First interview the manager was all over the map, and then I flew to Irvine for 5 more additional interviews which were very basic. It took along time for them to give me an offer and the offer was less than what I hoped for
