The interview started with the initial walk-in based upon posted signs outside. After the first meeting with the hiring manager, there was an application to fill out and then a personality assessment. After the Drug Screen form was received, the test was done the same day since the testing facility was on the next street over and the pending results were reported before close of business that same day.
