Briefly asked about past customer support experience. The remaining time was spent talking about common interests in PC gaming. Not a very professional interview but was very easy and relaxed environment. If you can interview at fast food then you will do fine here.

She asked me 15+ questions and grilled me down and was very intimidating. It was a video interview. If she got an answer she didn't like you could clearly see it in her face.

Recieved a call once i completed the online assesment and had a short and simple phone interview. Was asked about availability for training and shift schedule. Recruiter was very very nice!
